Twelve apartments will be added to the following three buildings: Blair Addition, Glenmoor, and Stonehaven.

Alongside the new apartments, we’re expanding the outdoor terrace adjacent to Carlton Commons — elevating alfresco dining and creating inviting new spaces for social gatherings, quiet reflection, and community events.

What is the purpose of the project?

The project aims to enhance our campus by adding two new apartment buildings and an extension to the Blair apartment building, along with upgrades to some other community spaces. These improvements demonstrate our dedication to addressing the needs of current and future residents while fostering the growth and long-term success of our community.

What features are included in the new apartments?

The apartments will range from 1,733 to 2,081 square feet. Each apartment includes two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a living/dining room, a den or study, a laundry room, and a covered porch or balcony.

When will the new apartments be ready for occupancy?

The projected occupancy date is approximately late 2027, with move-ins continuing through 2028. Dates are subject to change.

Will there be any additional campus enhancements?

Yes, the project also includes an expansion of the outdoor terrace area adjacent to Carlton Commons, enhancing alfresco dining and creating new amenity spaces for residents to enjoy.
