GLADWYNE, PA – Waverly Heights, a leading nonprofit Life Plan Community located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line, was recently named “Pre-Eminent Community” by Novare — an honor reserved only for the highest scoring organization in resident engagement and satisfaction.
Novare is a consortium of industry leading single-site and small-system Life Plan Communities. Novare currently comprises 20 organizations, with 30 Life Plan Communities. The awards recognize Novare Member communities with high scores in areas of resident engagement and satisfaction in the 2025 Novare Resident Engagement and Satisfaction Survey.
In addition to this honor, Waverly Heights was also named a “Premier Employer” for both engagement and satisfaction in 2024. The award is given only to the seven top ranking organizations, with Waverly earning the second-highest score among all participants.
